8 months and 116,000 lines of code after starting out we have finally completed the development of Downtime Monkey. There is no doubt that it has turned into a bigger project than we first expected and we're very happy to have reached this stage.

We've already moved on to in-house testing and although we have been testing everything as we go during development there is no substitute for a rigorous, systematic alpha test.

Next we'll kick-off the site by going live with a short period of public beta testing... and as you may be aware development is never really 'completed'. We aim to continually update and improve Downtime Monkey over the coming months and years.
