Pro account users who subscribe annually receive free SMS credits included with their pro account. Top-up SMS credits can be purchased at a specially discounted rate by pro users.
Customised SMS alerts - rather than sending alerts instantly pro users can set alerts to send if a website remains down for 1, 2, 3 or more minutes (more info here).
Repeat alerts - if a website stays down pro users can send repeat alerts every 30 minutes (or 10, 60 or x minutes).
Rate limit SMSs - Pro users can set the maximum number of SMS alerts that will be sent in an hour (more info here).
